Sign in using your Google or Facebook account from the main page. We use OAuth for secure authentication — no password is created or stored on our end. Once signed in, you can join or create a club group.

Ask your club admin to share the group invite code. In the app, go to Settings → Join Group and enter the code. You'll be added instantly. Alternatively, your admin can add your email address directly.

Yes — completely free. There are no subscription fees, no credit card required, and no hidden charges. The app is free for all club members.

Rankings use a BWF-inspired points system. You earn points for winning matches, with bonuses based on the quality of your opponent (their ranking), your win margin (score difference), and how recent the match was. Older matches decay in value over time, which means active players are rewarded and inactive players naturally drop.

Rankings are recalculated in real-time when matches are logged. There is also a weekly reset on Mondays where a baseline is recomputed to ensure recent performance is weighted correctly.

Group admins can edit or delete match records. Regular members can flag a result for admin review. Contact your group admin if a match needs to be corrected.

Only members of the same club group you belong to can see your rankings and match history. Your data is not visible to members of other groups or to the general public.

Email us at support@smashdash.win with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will remove your account and personal data within 30 days. Historical match data associated with your account may be anonymised rather than deleted to preserve group statistics.

We collect your name, email address, and profile photo from your OAuth provider (Google or Facebook). We also store match records, session data, and ranking history that you or your group admin logs. We do not collect payment information, location data, or device contacts. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

SMASH & DASH CLUB is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that works on all modern browsers including Safari (iOS 16+), Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. For the best experience on iOS, we recommend adding it to your Home Screen from Safari.

Yes — a native iOS app is in development. In the meantime, the web app is fully optimised for mobile use. On iPhone, open the site in Safari and tap Share → Add to Home Screen to install it as a home screen app.
